Artistic Director Kathy Mitchell Kathy Mitchell started as an actress in Rainbow’s initial play, The Fences Between in 1994. Because of the long run of the show and the demand for more, the Rainbow Repertory Company officially launched. Since that time, Kathy has appeared in many Rainbow performances. She has also written, co written, and directed several productions.

Kathy was appointed Artistic Director for Rainbow in 2003. Away from the stage, Kathy is a grant writer, sits on three Board of Directors and is a Minister at Firm Foundation Ministry. |
